When will my order ship?
Your estimated ship date is available on the sales order confirmation. Please review the sales order confirmation that is sent to you at the time of your order placement. Please check the items and the Ship To address for accuracy. The estimated ship date is shown at the top right of the sales order confirmation. It is approximate.
What if I forgot to add something to my order?
Call 1-800-439-6393 or email orders@kitras.com if you forgot to add something. As long as your order has not been sent to production, we can add to your order.
How do I register for an account?
If you are a current customer and would like to register to order online, please email orders@kitras.com or call 1-800-439-6393. We will confirm the email address you have on file. This will be come your username and we’ll send you a link to set your own password. If you are not a current customer and would like to become a customer, please fill out a request form.
